Behavioral Health Resources for Members

Blue Cross NC Care Navigators can assist you in finding the right health care provider.  Fill out a self-referral form, and one of our Care Navigators can help you.

Blue Premier Behavioral Health Advanced with Mindoula providing virtual + in-person care to help coordinate care for eligible members living with mental health, a substance use disorder or both.

Virtual Care Options

Teladoc Behavioral Health is a telehealth solution that connects members with doctors over the phone or on video chat.

Headway offers timely access to in-network mental health providers for your needs and preferences, across specialty, location, virtual or in-person care, personality, and race, language, and ethnicity. Members can choose a date and time and book a first appointment in as soon as 48 hours.

Community Crisis Assistance

Lifeline provides free, 24/7 confidential support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress through a hotline with the number 9-8-8.

Crisis Text Line is a critical resource for 24/7 crisis support through SMS text messaging. Text HOME to 741741.
