At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, we recognize the connection between mental health and overall wellness. Blue Cross NC is committed to breaking down barriers to mental health care, including accessibility and removing stigma associated with mental and substance use disorders. Behavioral health disorders are highly prevalent highly treatable and nothing to be ashamed of.
