CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Customer service representatives are working extended hours over the three-day weekend to take calls and call back customers that need help. Our Enrollment Services Team also will be working throughout the weekend and on Monday to process remaining enrollments.
Friday, January 15 Open to 9 PM
Saturday, January 16 Open to incoming calls, 9 AM to 1 PM; Callback calls only, 1 PM to 5 PM
Sunday, January 17 Closed Sunday for system upgrades.
Monday January 18 Callback calls only, 8 AM to 4 PM
Please note, our Enrollment Services Team will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday through Monday, to process remaining individual enrollments.
Customers can print temporary ID cards, check benefits and the status of claims at BlueConnectNC.com. Please be aware Blue Connect will undergo system upgrades overnight, from 8 PM to 8 AM, beginning Saturday night, and on Monday, January 18, from 6 PM to 9 PM.
