We remain committed to ensuring our customers have access to a quality network of North Carolina doctors and hospitals at the most competitive price."

“It was very important for UNC Health Care and BCBSNC to work together to ensure continued coverage for the thousands of patients who choose us for their care,” said Dr. William L. Roper, dean of UNC’s School of Medicine and chief executive officer of UNC Health Care.  “We take our responsibility to the people of North Carolina very seriously and are pleased to make this announcement.”
